Overview:

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Regional Manger of Business Development in the Colorado market!


As a key member of the company’s business development team the Business Development Account Executive reports to the Chief Business Development Office (CBDO). The creation of this role is in response to the company’s on-going growth strategy to be a dominate player within the Pediatrics Division.


  • ASAP start date
  • Salaried position with full benefits
  • Must work independently. Ability to negotiate contracts, make decisions that will benefit the Company.
  • This position will focus primarily on the Colorado Market. Must live in CO and have military background
  • Must have the ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and craft and execute business development initiatives consistent with the company’s vision and business strategies
  • Actively participate as a member of the business development team by contributing to the company’s business strategies and objectives
  • Works closely and effectively with other departments to ensure aligned efforts and maximum results
  • Interacts closely with marketing in developing advertising, promotional and collateral materials to support business development activities and events
  • Accountable to their specific business development budget and performance measures
  • Develops, analyzes and maintains market data pertinent to their territory
  • Develops business development strategies that take into consideration current client served, opportunities for gaining greater market share with existing and potential clients
  • Assist with negotiation of contracts consistent with company’s objectives and pricing protocol
  • Interacts and engages Operations and Clinical staff to assist with business development activities

  • Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required.

  • Demonstrated successful leadership in a business development and/or sales role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a pediatric setting
  • Demonstrated successful experience leading business development initiatives that require consultative selling, relationship building
  • Successful experience in serving and retaining existing customers and markets
  • Strategic orientation, action-driven and results-based experience/expertise
  • Government and/or Military sales experience preferred
  • Willing and able to represent the company within geographic territory with the highest levels of professionalism
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact internally and externally with a client-centric and customer service orientation
  • Exemplifies the highest standards of honesty, integrity and forthrightness in all relationships; committed to the company’s values and its focus on “compassionate care;” safeguards and enhances the company’s reputation
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel as required.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree in an allied health field, Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree or a Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a therapist.
  • Minimum of three years of management/supervisor experience.
  • Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
  • Must maintain valid state professional licensure.
